If you wish to return an item, you MUST contact us within 7 days. Kindly provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once we’ve confirmed your return request, you’ll have 7 days if you to return the item to us (14 days in total). Please be advised sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit. Please do not return your order until we have confirmed, We sort returns every Thursday.
You can post your return to us using a trusted shipping method of your choice, We will provide our return address on the confirmation email of your return. For our Jersey-based customers, we offer the convenience of dropping off your return at our designated collection/drop off point, free of charge. Returns received beyond this timeframe will regrettably not be accepted.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If it is soiled in anyway, has signs of wear or tags have been removed, we have the right to refuse your return. If the return is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for this to be fully processed.
